These sessions are geared toward a spiritual conversation that offers guidance on improving your life by changing the way you live on a deeper level.  These sessions can be intense. That is why we will work at whatever pace is comfortable for you. You can book each session individually, whenever you are ready. I do assign work for you to do on your own.
